SEAFDEC convenes the Forty-third SEAFDEC Program Committee Meeting

The Forty-third Meeting of the Program Committee of SEAFDEC Program Committee (43PCM) was organized on 10-12 November 2020 through an online meeting platform, hosted by the SEAFDEC Secretariat in cooperation with the SEAFDEC Departments to review the implemented projects in 2020 and the programs to be undertaken in 2021. The 43PCM reviewed the progress and achievements of 16 ongoing projects under the FCG/ASSP Mechanism and three 3 new projects which are scheduled to commence in 2021. Subsequently, the progress and achievements of 10 Departmental Programs and 3 Other Programs. In addition, 7 Pipeline Projects were also reviewed and noted. The 43PCM was also informed that their recommendations and comments would be submitted for endorsement through the ASEAN Sectoral Working Group on Fisheries (ASWGFi) as appropriate in the forthcoming the Twenty-third Meeting of the Fisheries Consultative Group of the ASEAN-SEAFDEC Strategic Partnership (FCG/ASSP).
